Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Baltimore, MD. This is a contract role that provides an excellent opportunity for seasoned sourcing professionals with experience in executive search to make a significant impact by supporting talent acquisition efforts for senior-level roles.
Position Overview:
The Strategic Sourcing Specialist will create and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-level talent for our client's executive and leadership positions. This role is best suited for sourcing experts with a strong analytical approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Talent Sourcing Plans: Design and execute sourcing strategies to support senior-level hiring needs, using channels like job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build Candidate Pipelines: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future leadership roles, utilizing ATS and CRM tools to track and manage candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders: Work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
- Support Diversity & Inclusion: Create sourcing strategies aimed at attracting diverse candidates and ensure hiring practices reflect inclusive values.
- Brand & Market Presence: Partner with marketing to promote the employer brand at industry events and online to increase visibility among potential candidates.
- Embrace Innovative Technology: Leverage advanced recruitment technologies and stay informed on best practices to streamline sourcing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in talent sourcing, with a specialization in executive-level recruitment.
- Skilled in building candidate pipelines and utilizing ATS or CRM tools effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of EEO and labor regulations; HR certification is beneficial.
